Team Member Tuesday: Kelly Piper

Kelly is a Customer Service Representative in our recently-acquired Greensburg Collision Center.  Let’s learn more about our new Team Member to our newest location:

• My first job: Cashier at Foodland in Latrobe
• Three things that you’ll always find in my refrigerator: (1) yogurt, (2) two different kinds of milk, and (3) diet green tea
• My favorite movie and reason why:  Hope Floats with Sandra Bullock and Harry Connick, Jr. … because it starts out on a bad note, then in the end it turns out well for the main character
• My favorite book and reason why: The Twilight Saga … very interesting reading about transformation, vampires, and werewolves, which I know are not real. I read the books and saw the movies. Loved them!
• My favorite inspirational quote: “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.”— Henry Ford
• If the story of my life was made into a movie, the actor or actress who would portray the part of me would be:  Melissa McCarthy … very funny woman
• The most famous person that I’ve ever met was: Ashlie Hardway from WTAE at Greensburg Collision
• When I was growing up, my friends called me: Kel-Kel or Marko (Marks is my maiden name)
• My favorite business for exceptional customer service: Department stores: they are taught to tret their customers with respect
• My dream vacation:  Cheyenne, Wyoming … my daughter’s name is Cheyenne. I think it would be neat to take her there.
• Favorite restaurant:  Fat Head’s Saloon
• Favorite entertainer: Garth Brooks
• Dream car: Any brand new Chevy or GMC truck
• Favorite Home-cooked meal:  Ham pot pie
• Secret vice: Not always wearing a seatbelt
• You’d be surprised to learn the following interesting fact about me: I’m a redneck … I like to fish, hunt and go out in the woods
• Top three things on my “bucket list”: (1) buy a house (we just did!), (2) watch my daughter grow up, and (3) take a trip to Alaska
• If I could have dinner with any famous person, living or dead, I would choose to have dinner with: Guy Fieri …. I think he is a funny guy, and he likes to eat
• Three things in life that I could really do without: (1) people dying, (2) terrorism, and (3) people talking down to others
• The farthest destination from Pittsburgh, PA that I’ve ever been to on this Earth was: Bozeman, Montana
• My favorite iPhone app: Facebook
