We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. As part of our services, #1 Cochran may send you SMS messages, depending on the program you opt into and the consent you provide, for purposes such as:

• Sending one-time passwords (OTPs) for verification and secure login.
• Sharing important service-related updates or alerts.
• Providing transaction confirmations and sales or service appointment reminders and updates.
• Responding to vehicle, purchase, and service inquiries.
• Providing promotional offers when you have opted in to receive marketing messages.

How we collect and use your mobile information:

• We collect your mobile number, opt-in and consent information, and information you provide when you enroll in a messaging program or communicate with us. We use this information to send messages consistent with your consent, respond to your requests, and manage your messaging preferences.
• SMS messages may be delivered via secure third-party SMS gateway providers, who are bound by strict data protection agreements.
• You may opt out of an SMS program at any time by replying STOP to the number sending you messages. For ClubOne Rewards, you can also update your preferences at clubonerewards.cochran.com.

We ensure that all personal data, including your mobile number, is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Mobile information and consent sharing:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this privacy policy, your consent to receive SMS messages applies solely to the #1 Cochran messaging program you opted into. It does not apply to the activities of any third party. The SMS-specific sharing restrictions above apply to mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent.

SMS/Text Message Communications Terms and Conditions

1. Program description: By opting in to a #1 Cochran SMS program, you agree to receive messages for that program consistent with your consent. These may include account verification and security messages, responses to inquiries, transaction confirmations, sales and service appointment information and reminders, and promotional offers when you have opted in to marketing messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
2. Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to the number sending you messages. After you send STOP, we will send a text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

4. Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may not be able to deliver messages to all mobile carriers.
5. Frequency and rates: Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Additional Communications Disclosures

By agreeing to receive text or electronic messages from us, you expressly consent to receive marketing, informational, and/or transactional text or audio messages (audio messages and calls include artificial or pre-recorded messages or calls) that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or software, by or on behalf of us, at the phone number or electronic address you provide us. You may receive different types of messages including advertising, transactional, operational, or informational messages at that phone number or electronic address, including order confirmations; shipping and delivery notifications; multi-factor authentication; requests for information; promotional information; appointment information; appointment status updates; and appointment reminders, or other messages in connection with our Services. For SMS, the messages you receive are limited to the program and message categories you have consented to receive, and the SMS Terms and Conditions above apply. Providing consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

Personal information collected in connection with any communication or message is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Messages exchanged with us, and phone calls with us, may be monitored or recorded including by third parties on our behalf. If you send or receive messages with us via SMS, text message, phone call, our Site (consistent with any website consent banner settings), or other electronic communication, we (or our third-party vendors on our behalf) may log data and signaling information in connection with the messages including the contents of the messages, phone numbers, phone carriers, electronic address, electronic routing information, and the date and time that any messages were processed.

We (or our third-party vendors on our behalf) may also track your actions in response to the messages you receive from or on behalf of us such as whether you deleted, opened, or forwarded such messages. We (or our third-party vendors on our behalf) may also store information that you provide through communications with us, including from phone calls, letters, emails, and other electronic messages, or in person.
