Subaru of Monroeville Has Top Sales Consultant in Philly Zone, Wins 6th Stellar Care Award

Our Monroeville Subaru team is in a zone of its own—and it’s pretty high up.

Our Sales Consultant Anna Johns was just named the top performer in the Philadelphia zone for 2016. In receiving the #1 honor, Anna topped more than 350 of her fellow Subaru sales consultants located throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. What’s more: she’s also 25th in the entire nation!

She’s among good company in the Zone’s Top 50. Team Members Steve Philips came in third, Chris Gordish in tenth & Mike DeSilva in 21st. Mark Adams out of our Butler location earned the 26th spot.  Shelly Catanzano & Angela Signori made the 41st and 42nd spots.

Reaching this level is no easy task. Sales Consultants have to meet each of the following criteria for consideration:

  • Total Sales
  • Referral likelihood from their customers. Anything less than 9.8 out of 10 does not count.
  • Must complete Subaru’s quarterly product certification.

And the accolades just keep coming. The entire #1 Cochran Subaru of Monroeville team received the 2017 Subaru Stellar Care Award.  Not only are they a part of the small group (less than 100) of dealerships in the country to receive this prestigious honor, they’re one of only five to receive it every year since it began six years ago.

It takes a total group effort to meet all of the award’s standards. The cleanliness and comfort of our facility, the skills and professionalism of
our finance department are just a few of our standards that Subaru of America continuously reviews.
