Audi Pittsburgh Adds Automotive Luxury to Ultimate House 2016

Tour a home with world-class amenities—right here in the Steel City.

Pittsburgh Magazine announced its Ultimate House 2016 choice back in February. The 2500 Smallman development worked with numerous local companies to transform a Strip District warehouse into eleven multimillion-dollar city homes.

The Ultimate House spans approximately 5,300 square feet of space over three floors. A master suite, LEED-certified, energy-efficient appliances, elevator, a private deck and courtyard with an outdoor kitchen are just a few of the topnotch features that come with it.

The uncommon common area also helps the property justify its estimated $3.2 million-dollar list price: a one-of-a-kind elevated boardwalk to each home, radiant heat, a fitness center, security and a community motor court with a snow-melt system.

A special section in the November issue of Pittsburgh Magazine will showcase the home, which #1 Cochran’s Audi Pittsburgh is helping to sponsor. We’re not just a sponsor: because our new home will also be in the Strip District, we’re a future neighbor. Our state-of-the-art Audi Showroom will be located at Liberty Avenue and 21st Street and is expected to open in the winter of 2017. Visitors to the Ultimate House will see four of our must-have models on display in the upscale setting. What would the Ultimate House be without the ultimate vehicles?

The Ultimate House is open to the public for self-guided tours September 9-11 and 16-18 from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day. The last tour begins at 4:30 p.m.  Tickets are $20 in advance, $23 at the door. You can purchase them here.

The greatest part is that these tours are for a good cause. All of the money raised will go to the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh for its Free Care Fund. In 2015, the Ultimate House raised $100,000 for the hospital from sponsor donations and the sale of tour tickets.

So take the Ultimate House tour. And if it inspires you to redecorate your garage, take a trip to Audi Pittsburgh on West Liberty Avenue in Dormont. We’ll be happy to assist.
