Cochran is always stellar!




Everyone was very nice and helpful! I'd never been there before and it was confusing because there are many buildings, but one of the floor salesman told me how to get my car into the service department. The service representative was welcoming and kind. My appointment was for a recall replacement but they also found that I was long overdue for new spark plugs and an antifreeze system flush, so they took care of this for me while I waited and it was only a little longer than the original wait time they gave me. I had a great experience at the #1 Cochran of Hyundai. I worked with Victor from the Sales team, and Kristy from the fiance department. Victor was extremely patient with my many questions, and he works deligently to not only match, but to best the deal I had from another dealership. He, along with Kristy did a fantastic job of explaining each step they were taking, and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted!

Went in for an inspection. Great service, friendly staff. Kept things super honest on what was truely needed to pass inspection and what to look into for next year. They were really flexible with what was needed and didn't try to upcharge a bunch of things. Especially good for the week of Thanksgiving giving when things were super busy and everyone was trying to get their inspections done.

Oh my goodness. I absolutely love #1Cochran. I have not once had any issue with this company.To start I bought a 2008 Hyundai Tuscon from the Cochran in Robinson. Well a little over a month of owning, my fiance totalled the car. Which brought me to this Cochran.By the time I decided to come here I was already exhausted mentally and emotionally. I took my Aunt's car for service. It was my first time and it is a huge place servicing different makes. I had to stop into one and ask for the specific location for my Aunt's make. The rep I ran into was very corteous and directed me to the right service centre where I was given prompt attention. If you ever have to come to this place, as you enter the grounds, there are signs directing you to your specific service centre. They are very organized.

Great salesman, service, and parts department. The receptionist, Rose, is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have to wait she'll get you something to drink 🙂

My experience with this location is a long story so I’ll stick to the basics. The service department staff is very professional, informative and polite. I was expecting to experience trouble with my situation but they handled my business with expertise in a timely fashion. A+ service!

My car's engine completely died within warranty. Cochran Hyundai saw to it that I was immediately in a loaner car and had my car repaired and returned within a week. The people I dealt with were efficient, kind and patient. I truly didn't expect any of this to be so smoothly remedied with zero added stress to my hectic life. Hats off to Cochran and their wonderful staff.

As far as I'm concerned, #1Cochran is A #1 in my book. If you are looking for excellent quality, friendly personnel and great service, you cannot go wrong with #1Cochran.

#1 Cochran made buying my new Hyundai Tucson a great experience. My salesman, Victor, was so patient and kind. Victor spoke to me directly, not my fiance when discussing the purchase of the car. As a woman, that was much appreciated. Once I set some guidelines, Victor found me the perfect car including features and color. It was delivered the next day and I drove it home that night. I couldn't be more thrilled with my new Hyundai and the experience I had a #1 Cochran.

My son and I took his car for a recall and to get it inspected. Customer service was great! The young gentlemen (I think Dale) even pulled the car inside for us to leave because it was raining in so hard. Great place!

Staff was kind and considerate

This is a revision to my previous review. My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Veloster from #1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville in March 2020. While we encountered a convergence of unfortunate events with our purchase of the car, including a missed down payment, multiple sales personnel involved with the purchase, a mis-applied warranty, delays in the title transfer due to the COVID pandemic (which is clearly not the fault of the dealership), and five months of creeping anxiety on my husband’s part, general manager Jeff Iwanowski did his very best to resolve all of our issues—to our eventual complete satisfaction. ...

My 74 year old mother drove an hour and a half here to get her Sonata inspected and an open campaign taken care of. She had the car there, on time, for the morning appointment. She told them she could get to a shopping center to wait.My mother had an issue with an inspection. Took my recently purchased 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport in for its routine interval maintenance this morning. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was performed fairly quickly. They were knowledgeable and provided some great recommendations for future reference. Few complaints I would have would be: I felt like they were trying to rush me when discussing maintenance, It would have been nice to know that they wanted me to be clear in regards to type of oil I.e. I had great experience purchasing my Hyundai Kona with Greg. The process was as painless as buying a new car can be. I had a remote engine start installed. Tyler in the service department was awesome. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. The waiting area was spotless and cleaned frequently. I would highly recommend #1 Cochran.

My husband and I traded in our SUV for one at this location. What a smooth and quick experience. We drove an hour and a half to this dealership because we wanted a specific car they had. I was able to do the credit application online as well as take pictures of my trade-in. I had an offer for my trade-in with a half hour. Update: Just finished trading the last vehicle in for another Hyundai from Cochran, the process was even easier this time.This was my first brand new car in almost 20 years and Cochran made the experience very easy. From the test drive through financing everything went smoothly. We'll definitely be back the next time we are in the market

Couldn’t be happier with our experience! We showed up on a very busy Friday afternoon and the salesman Chris and the manager Jeff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They found us a car that we love, while helping us resolve our lease from another dealer. A great team, a great experience. I’d buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Thanks to all of them!



Once I was connected to the appropriate facility, everything was smooth. I had some trouble being sent from one rep to another over the phone delaying ordering the parts I needed for my vehicle. Dale was great, he cleaned my vehicle and made sure it was washed after being serviced. They even fixed a recall and updated the information so I would get future notification. He was very welcoming and took the time to explain the reason behind the recall and what to expect if the issue does occur. Thank you Dale.

Service was really fast. They actually took my car at the scheduled appointment time.

Too much for stickers and service

Dale was extremely helpful and detailed, giving me information and suggestions after my car passed inspection - including prices and options for suggested work, not too many dealerships are that forthcoming and transparent.


Drove in with no appointment. Was out within an hour. Great service.
