Update: Just finished trading the last vehicle in for another Hyundai from Cochran, the process was even easier this time.This was my first brand new car in almost 20 years and Cochran made the experience very easy. Very straight forward buying process. They don't really haggle but they have deals and promotions happening all the time. The lady at the front desk, Susan, was super nice and very helpful. I met a few salesmen as I was waiting for my car to be finished and they were all very conversational and pleasant. The showroom is comfortable and thankfully everyone was being considerate and wearing masks.
