I do not know about the sales department but the service department is TERRIBLE. I called the service department and told them I had a cracked radiator. This was diagnosed by a professional mechanic. I requested to check and see if this was covered under my warranty and they stated that that would be covered under my warranty so I made an appointment to take it in. I had a very disappointing experience with this salesperson and would not recommend working with him.
From the beginning, the level of service we received felt noticeably below standard. Communication was minimal and there was a clear lack of effort to assist us in a professional or respectful manner. We came prepared and ready to do business with a cash purchase yet it felt as though we were not being given the same attention or courtesy that other customers might receive.

I had a really frustrating experience with Cochran, particularly with the finance department. Taylor Brown added warranties to my contract that we never agreed to. To top it off, I found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which I found quite unsettling. It’s now been three months since I canceled those warranties, and I still haven’t received any refunds. I’ve sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but I haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s been incredibly disappointing, and I would urge others to steer clear of this dealership.
