It was a very long process, just remember, buying a car takes ALL DAY!!!! HOURS...but everybody was friendly and helped me...thank you Clark...I was also trying to get my old car fixed and based on the calls I made to other places the price there was higher.

Being from out of the area, dealing with unexpected vehicle trouble while traveling, and not even being there to handle everything ourselves was incredibly stressful. From the very beginning, Jonny went above and beyond in every possible way. He arranged to have our vehicle picked up, kept me updated every step of the process, worked hard to make the repairs as cost-effective as possible, and treated us with genuine kindness and respect throughout the entire experience.
To top it all off, when the hotel less than half a mile away refused to take us to the dealership, Jonny personally came to pick us up. That level of customer service is rare these days and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.
