I do not know about the sales department but the service department is TERRIBLE. I called the service department and told them I had a cracked radiator. This was diagnosed by a professional mechanic. I requested to check and see if this was covered under my warranty and they stated that that would be covered under my warranty so I made an appointment to take it in. Once there I was told even though I know what is wrong with the vehicle they would have to do a diagnostic on it that costs $190. This fee will be waived if covered under your warranty which it is, So I was told. Then I receive a text that my radiator is cracked, NO SURPRISE TO ME ! I've told them this already, and this is not a covered service so its going to be over $2000 to repair! I asked if they even tried to get it covered and he was rude with me and did not want to check on this so I insisted they do so, since I only put 12,000 miles on the vehicle since I purchased it. it should be under warranty. I called around to other shops and they are only charging me $1000 for the work. where does the extra 1000 dollars come in with hyundai. Their service people must be extremely valuable that they get paid an astronomical amount. I asked the dealership to get my vehicle ready for me to pick up that I was not having the service done there. He stated my car was in pieces and I could not pick it up. Now let me remind you they never have a loaner vehicle and i am paying out of pocket for a rental because I have a job and need to get to it. so not only are they charging me the $190 for the diagnostic....which if you looked under the hood any idiot could see that it was cracked. plus the 2000 dollars for repairs (1000 dollars over the normal going price). I feel they take advantage of you when you go there they lie to you to get your vehicle in the door and charge you out the wazoo for any work needing done. I am a widowed female and I feel they felt they just took advantage of me and make me feel forced to pay that because they can and most of the time get away with it. I am forced to use this hyundai service center because it is the closest one to my residence. I will drive 100 miles out of my way to go somewhere else since i find them offensive, very unhelpful ,rude and their prices are criminal. I do not recommend their service to anyone!!

If I lived here, this is where I'd go for service. EVERY. TIME. Well, until given a reason not to. If you want to know why, scroll down for the story. Outstanding service, good customer service, kind, compassionate, and funny people with a great sense of humor. (Ask them about the pink pool noodle.) The service and parts crews demonstrated seamless compatibility and professionalism, even when problems come up, they were fast with solid options and timely decision making when under an extreme time crunch (same-day only). The staff was helpful with questions and answers - in service and sales - and neither were pushy or trying to upsell anything. Just what was asked of them. ====================== Free story (with bonus content). I called about a week ago after having my CVT in my 15 year old Nissan Rogue go into overheating/emergency shut down twice on the way over to the region while towing my small 4x6 utility trailer. (You don't want the CVT to shut down, by the way). So needed an intercooler set, to get the ability to tow back without many issues. Called Parts, and they were the only one in a few hundred miles who had the part for this old vehicle (most had them for newer models). So booked an appointment, and worked on things on my move that needed to get done. Appointment time came, and a few construction zones later, I show up. The part is pulled off of the shelf to find out the kit had been cannibalized and not documented at some time. I had to leave the region in the morning, meaning this had to be done, TODAY. So someone made the decision that instead of playing FedEx same-day roulette, and their irregular delivery times, they'd go get the part. From near Cleveland, OH. 100+ miles away. The morning turned to afternoon, and the Driver came back with the part without breaking any land speed records (or incurring driving offenses). And the kit was installed without issue. My dealership at home would have FedEx'd it and asked me to come back. Not Cochran. They said "hold my beer, this is our mess up. We'll make it right." And they did.
