Was very satisfied with Cameron Beattie, at the Service Desk who handled my repair to my Dodge Ram. He kept me informed of the progress of my truck, the cost to repair and when it was finished. There were a couple minor issues I had to when I got the truck back. This was something the mechanics did not finish. Overall the main problem was fixed and truck works perfect now. Mainly a positive experience overall.
Much better than some past experiences which left me unsatisfied, this time I was overall pleased. I felt like it took longer than anticipated and when I asked about why they said there was a recall that they took care of while it was there, which o appreciated but I wish it would have been communicated better. However the work was solid and the staff was extremely friendly.

But my Hyundai Elantra HEV broke down and the repair was not something I felt comfortable with soooooo...off to the dealership YIKES 😳. I knew what the problem was, but wanted to see what they'd try to pull over on me.

Bottom line - I'm amazed that with one try, the above combo of personnel cured me of my dealership fears even to the point that I can highly recommend them!
