I would have given them 5 stars however I was charged emission tax and I should have been exempt because I did not go over the 5,000 mile limit within a year. And on the email it said that the services would be free this go round and it wasn’t. Nevertheless, i was not there long and I waited for my car to be ready. Car was fine nothing needed fixing. And the gentleman who waited on me was very polite and friendly.
Work was completed in good time but the very rude receptionist (Kim), for the second time in two trips this week never notified me that my truck was finished, costing me at least 30 minutes each time! She was the only bad experience I had at the dealership. She needs to be counciled on customer relations or removed from her position. She is leaving a black mark on an otherwise very good dealership.

I just called to see if my part was in yet and after hanging up on me instead of putting the call on hold, I had to call back! My part has been in for days but she never contacted me to schedule the repair. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE SERVICE?
Went in for service for a recall and everything went smoothly! Everyone was polite and it was great how the complementary walk around multi point inspection had a video.
