I like the warranty but when having to deal with service and maintenance if it’s not a recall someone else made this problem even if it’s a licensed mechanic or tire service you been dealing with for years and a a reputable company they will find a way to fight with you over the warranty and who’s at fault for a manufacturer defect to get out of coving you through warranty they want you to ring it to them to change 4 spark plugs that cost12.00 a piece and charge you 412.00 for the service doesn’t seem fair when spark plugs have a life nowadays close to 100,00 miles and you only get a quarter of the miles but it’s considered a wearable so just because it didn’t have it’s close to life expiration that’s the cost brakes , fluid changes, rotors, tires those are wearable s is what they call them but there are many other things you don’t realize that they will tell you are wearable s outside what you think is normal wear and tear . Just be cautious of getting your vehicle maintained. Warranty isn’t always guaranteed to fix your problem. It is a nice sell wrap around warranty or basic 5/60,000 miles but was told after year one it’s not all really bumper to bumper by financial salespeople but the wrap around warranty supposedly is bumper to bumper for 10/ 120,000 miles excluding what they consider wearable s . Just be cautious I actually like my decision to buy a Tucson plus 2026 it’s just dealing with service and maintenance that becomes overwhelming and frustrating knowing what the parts cost and there service fees and anything that you think didn’t stand up to the warranty is a fight on who’s at the end of paying for the service/warranty. Just a little education knowledge is key. And good service brings back customers
Great dedicated team of associates. Josh and Mike stayed over 3 hrs after closing time for me. Knowing I live an hr and a half away and that I drove there for a specific vehicle. They gave their own time to make sure I drove that vehicle home that night. Vehicle is as advertised Thank you to Josh and Mike for their dedication and hard work!

I have a car with a Nissan CVT so this was one of my only options for a transmission service and they did a good job with that. They do try to upsell you on things you don't need yet but they aren't super pushy about it
