Our salesperson, Yvonne P. was excellent to deal with. She was knowledgeable, personable, a good listener and extremely easy to deal with. She did a great job of working to get us the vehicle color (exterior/interior) and configuration we wanted. She exerted no pressure during the roughly 2 - 3 week process of us doing our research with other makes and models before we made a final decision - just polite follow-up to provide additional support if we needed questions answered. Yvonne was also very helpful in explaining controls and vehicle features and getting us set up with BlueLink.
We were also very pleased with the support provided by Mike K., Yvonne's manager, and Wendy W, the finance manager. Both were very professional, personable and patient with us during the purchase process.
The overall purchase experience was excellent. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship and continued excellent experience with this dealership.
