Once my car was disassembled, and the issue was discovered, they realized they did not have the part needed in stock. They ordered it to be in the next morning and had my vehicle done by 10:30am the next day. I had the best experience at Cochran Nissan West hills! I would recommend this dealership highly and even more so the salesman Keyshawn! He's knowledgeable personable and not a pushy salesman amen! He was very patient with me because I looked at least four to five cars but I did end up buying one and I'm happy with my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan!
