Even with her knowing this, she was still very kind, thoughtful, and professional. She answered all my questions, even repeating herself with grace when needed. Henry and Jon get a shout out as well, as they were both excellent. Henry is one of the managers who took time to come and talk to me, putting me at ease and even making some suggestions. Jon does the finance part of it; he explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions . Kindness and patience is lacking unfortunately in this day and age, so when come across it, take hold of it. You will find it at this dealership! I highly recommend them.

I brought our 2020 Nissan, Murano in for the annual July 2026 state inspection and emissions test. Everything went smoothly as I stayed at the dealership during the inspection.
