We were able to not feel pressured the whole time. We have never had an experience at a dealership that we did at Cochran!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Talia for being so awesome!!!
We have purchased or leased many vehicles over time and I want to say this is/was the very best experience we have ever had. Our salesperson went above and beyond any in the past. He actually took as much time as we needed to get acquainted with this vehicle and assured us that if we had any questions, he would be available. I did have to call him several days later with a question and he was helpful and as pleasant as our initial encounter. Thank you

Fantastic service! I was updated on my inspection as it went along, including a detailed video. Customer Service was top notch. I supposedly had engine trouble that another mechanic was going to charge me well over $2,000 with no guarantee of a proper fix. Nissan went over my car, top to bottom and found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with my car! It cost me only $50 to find an honest business with an honest mechanic. I purchased a vehicle from these guys during the Pandemic and again, it was a phenomenal experience. Thank you for great customer service all the way around.
