Yvonne was wonderful! My son was with me while I looked for a car. She spoke to him and identified herself. She determined I was buying a car and listened to what I wanted. She did not ask him questions about what I wanted. She gave us pros and cons of 2 different vehicles and left me decide. When a problem with the one I wanted was discovered she went to the manager immediately. The manager went out and verified the issue then went directly to service.
