I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Venue from this dealership, and overall, I’m happy with my experience and my new car!
When I first arrived, the experience didn’t start off the best. We waited for a while because no one was at the front to assist us, and once someone did come out, we were helped by Darlene, the used car manager. I understand that I arrived later in the day, but the interaction felt very rushed, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel like I was getting the best experience or vibe from the beginning.
Another frustrating part of the experience was trying to contact the dealership by phone. Whenever I tried calling, no one would answer, so I ended up having to drive about 40 minutes out of my way to the dealership just to get questions answered or get assistance. I feel like communication and answering calls could definitely be improved.
Thankfully, things really turned around once I worked with Christian, my sales representative. Christian was absolutely great — very nice, helpful, patient, and easy to work with. He made the actual car-buying process much more comfortable and enjoyable. Aubrey in finance was also wonderful and very helpful throughout the process.
Despite the rocky start and some communication issues, I’m glad I ended up working with Christian and Aubrey. I’m very happy with my 2026 Hyundai Venue and appreciate the help I received from both of them. I would definitely recommend Christian to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Fast service, nice staff.
Probably one of the last options to buy a Hyundai. Between myself and my friends, we purchased 4-5 Hyundai cars from different dealers but here. Despite this one being the closest, I was never able to get a good price from them. I guess they take the advantage of being at a convenient place.
