Worst customer service ever! I have dealt with Cochran in Monroeville and Natrona Heights for over 40 years. Never have I been treated and felt like I was bothering someone. I went in for a flat on my way to work. I asked if they could let know by noon so I know if I need to get a rental or new tire or if it could be fixed. We will try was the no personality adviser. Worst customer service ever! I have dealt with Cochran in Monroeville and Natrona Heights for over 40 years. Never have I been treated and felt like I was bothering someone. I went in for a flat on my way to work. I asked if they could let know by noon so I know if I need to get a rental or new tire or if it could be fixed. We will try was the no personality adviser. I Could not get one tire ordered I would have to order 2 or 3! They could not get the tire ordered for me they don’t carry it. If they was NH service they would accommodate and find me a tire.
At 2pm I find out it can’t be fixed and am trying to find a a tow, new car, and a rental car all on
Late Friday. Also there was an email I received
Saying my car was in Cochran Robinson. God forbid you try to call to talk to anyone. Voice mails are all full and whoever is answering phones for service said they would call back and they never did. Also email saying no charge then I was charged $50 ???? Again worst customer service ever, not accommodating and not making a customer feel welcome. They don’t even deserve a1 star

Had a great experience with trading in my old car and purchasing a new one. The sales associate, Storm, went above and beyond in all stages of the process and I was super impressed.
The actual service was everything I expected. However, prior to this visit, I had called 3 times to see when an oil change would be needed without success. This resulted in my car being hundreds of miles past due for its oil change. I have not done that to my car for DECADES. I was then told they opened at 8:30, so I made sure to be there, so I could be one of the first walk-ins. They opened at 8. THEY USE OFF SITE CALL CENTERS. THIS WAS THE SOURCE OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS.
Don't like to go over details here, but it's unbelievable how they try to get more of your money. Be on the alert with them. I don't trust their strategy.

Wait time was long and cost was ridiculous. I was charged $162.00 to change a light bulb!
