Kari Schaffer is absolutely the best!!! Darius Slayton has been an absolute gem. This is my fourth Nissan and the second purchased through Darius and I can only see myself continuing to do business in the future. He asked me all the right questions to find the perfect car for me, then walked me through the financials and helped me settle on a deal that made sense. By the time I was at the dealership to sign it took no time at all to process the transaction thanks to all the heavy lifting he did prior. Him and the financing staff were super friendly and a joy to work with, every question I had was answered and we had a good time making small talk. I will absolutely be returning for my next car!

My experience at West Hills Nissan has been a great experience! Sarah has been so pleasant and patient and very helpful! From the moment I walked into the dealership and purchased my car I’ve had only good experiences here. I plan to return for all of my automotive needs!

Courteous, efficient, no hassle sales experience. I test drove two cars and said I was going to keep looking. Next day I asked for more info by text and got it promptly. Returned the next day and bought my car. Ben, the sales guy, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. No fluff, no song and dance.

Our experience at Cochran was very positive! Ben, our salesman, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He was professional and courteous. Kristen, in financing, also a rock star.

I do not know about the sales department but the service department is TERRIBLE. I called the service department and told them I had a cracked radiator. This was diagnosed by a professional mechanic. I requested to check and see if this was covered under my warranty and they stated that that would be covered under my warranty so I made an appointment to take it in. Once there I was told even though I know what is wrong with the vehicle they would have to do a diagnostic on it that costs $190. This fee will be waived if covered under your warranty which it is, So I was told. Then I receive a text that my radiator is cracked, NO SURPRISE TO ME ! I've told them this already, and this is not a covered service so its going to be over $2000 to repair! I asked if they even tried to get it covered and he was rude with me and did not want to check on this so I insisted they do so, since I only put 12,000 miles on the vehicle since I purchased it. it should be under warranty. I called around to other shops and they are only charging me $1000 for the work. where does the extra 1000 dollars come in with hyundai. Their service people must be extremely valuable that they get paid an astronomical amount. I asked the dealership to get my vehicle ready for me to pick up that I was not having the service done there. He stated my car was in pieces and I could not pick it up. Now let me remind you they never have a loaner vehicle and i am paying out of pocket for a rental because I have a job and need to get to it. so not only are they charging me the $190 for the diagnostic....which if you looked under the hood any idiot could see that it was cracked. plus the 2000 dollars for repairs (1000 dollars over the normal going price). I feel they take advantage of you when you go there they lie to you to get your vehicle in the door and charge you out the wazoo for any work needing done. I am a widowed female and I feel they felt they just took advantage of me and make me feel forced to pay that because they can and most of the time get away with it. I am forced to use this hyundai service center because it is the closest one to my residence. I will drive 100 miles out of my way to go somewhere else since i find them offensive, very unhelpful ,rude and their prices are criminal. I do not recommend their service to anyone!!
