The salesman and the internet sales people aren’t always in step. My discount from MSRP was better online for the same truck, than it was in my salesman’s deal. I caught it and had it corrected.

Dealership lacks ability to communicate with customers. Vehicle has been with them for almost 2 weeks. Every time I call, they are unavailable and I'm told the service advisor will call back. Going on eight business days now and still no call back. Horrible place to get a service done.
Not happy about waiting for 5 hours for inspection, emission, tire rotation and oil change…. And charged $89.95 for wiper blades.
2 1/2 hour wait for and inspection on a brand new car with no emissions and I had a appointment time set! Plus I might add that there was no other customer waiting, just me in the lobby!
I had a 6:30Am appointment but service was not completed until 2:40PM it was there for its first oil change and inspection 5000 miles. I needed my car and had too change my plans for the day due to lack of following the appointment schedule I even called them at noon and all I got was it's been assigned a technician
Had my car in for service. also my keys weren’t matching up with my car, they charged me $80 to open my key fob and flip the battery..…that’s literally like robbing people. Esp because its already more expensive than a mom and pop shop.
