Q: Why did INFINITI of South Hills close its doors?

A: Closing the store marks the first phase of a multi-year strategic plan envisioned by INFINITI to expand its presence throughout Greater Pittsburgh. The plan includes our future relocation to the Washington County/Peters Township area and the opening of a new location in Monroeville. Together with our North Hills INFINITI Gallery, we will have three INFINITI locations to better serve the brand’s accelerated demand.

Q: When will the new store(s) open?

A: The new locations will open over a multi-year period. We are currently working with INFINITI on the timetables and will keep you informed as details become available.

Q: Where will I go to service my INFINITI?

A: We’ve made it easy for you. We are continuing to offer uninterrupted service for South Hills INFINITI customers at our Nissan Service Center on West Liberty Avenue. As you may know, INFINITI is Nissan’s luxury division and our service center is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and genuine factory parts.

What’s more, you’ll be pleased to learn that the INFINITI Master Technicians, who know your vehicle inside and out, have joined our Nissan service team. Led by longtime Service Manager Greg Staab, you can rest assured that your vehicle – and you – will remain in exceptional hands.

Q: What if my vehicle needs warranty repairs?

A: No problem. Our team will arrange for convenient and expedited service for your vehicle at our North Hills INFINITI Service Center. Just contact Greg Staab at 412.892.4535 or gstaab@cochran.com and we’ll arrange your service appointment according to your preferences.

Q: Will I still receive courtesy transportation with my scheduled service appointment?

A: Absolutely. You will continue to receive the premium treatment you’ve come to expect from Cochran INFINITI, including complimentary pick-up, delivery and loaner vehicles when you schedule your appointment in advance.

If you choose to wait, you can relax in our comfortable Nissan lounge featuring Wi-Fi and HDTV, along with snacks & beverages.

Keep in mind that every service visit is accompanied by a long list complimentary services and amenities including: a vehicle wash, multi-point inspection, tire and pressure check and a top off of your vehicle’s fluids.

Purchasing a new INFINITI

Q: I am considering buying a new INFINITI. What are my options now that the South Hills store is no longer open.

A: We invite you to visit our exclusive INFINITI Gallery in the North Hills, where you’ll find an outstanding selection of new and preowned models, along with sales professionals who will attend to your every need.

We are also delighted to offer you a brand new way to buy or lease an INFINITI. With our new #1 Cochran EXPRESSWAY, you can complete some, most or all of the buying process online.
